Closers...not in a traditional sales sense (though we seal the deal quite well). More like the guy that turns out the lights and locks the door at the end of the night when the last people have gone home. And we’ve been at it for a while now. Starting in 2010 with the album “Its All In A Day’s Work” The Closers have produced a distinct and dynamic vision of the blues, and blue it is. All these years later it just keeps getting better. So, who are these guys?

Marc Bilker – Vocals

A blues lover from an early age, bringing a committed and emotionally invested presentation every time he steps on stage. Over forty years of giving his best for each and every performance.

Dann Burke – Guitar

A truly dedicated student of his craft, again, over forty years of honing his considerable skills. A melodic, emotional and powerful musician. A keystone in what makes The Closers an exceptional musical experience.

Chris Hall – Saxophone

A towering talent and a powerhouse musician. The creative drive and the positive energy he brings to everything he’s involved in lifts all those around him. He’s been at this for a long time and just keeps raising the bar.

Mike Lewis – Bass & Vocals

A lifetime of driving the groove, he’s anchored so many bands over forty plus years you could fill a book with his resume. His musical instincts are flawless, and The Closers would be hard put to do what they do without his indispensable contributions.

JJ Murphy – Drums

A true journeyman, adept and highly skilled. He’s been at this music game longer than any of us, (I’m pretty sure). Much more than just a capable timekeeper, he brings the deep pocket and the groove that people crave. Makes ‘em dance, yes he does.
